Here's just a little about me!
I've been in the building industry all of my life. I remember helping my dad pull the "plumb line" for our house! I was about 5yrs. old then but I remember the excitement we all experienced moving in our first house that we built! Moving all 4 of us out of an 8x45 trailer into a 1300 sq.ft. house was like moving out into a football field! What space we had! A place of our own to live comfortably in as a family. So, now when I help a family find their first house and see the excitement on their faces and the appreciation they express I know I'm in the right "field" of work! I love "Helping People find their Way Home!"
Working with 1st time home buyers! Whether you're 18 or 95; military or civilian, teachers, officers or women, single or divorced! I've assisted guys 19 years old in the military, young couples just getting started! There are plans that assist our wonderful teachers even though they don't make a lot of money! There's also programs for our law enforcement officers as well; and ladies, single or divorced I can help you too!
I also assist sellers and relocators as well and have received awards for the "Quality Service" that my customer friends have so graciously supported me by reviews they've submitted to our Century 21 International Headquarters.
Success?! When I have worked diligently hand in hand with customers and lead them every step of the way through the homeownership process. From our first initial contact, through the selection of homes, all the horrible paperwork, tedious negotiations, acceptance of offers and drilling inspections, to the closing and handing over the keys! I have succeeded when my customers feel like they have been well taken care of and when they feel confident enough to know they can entrust their friends or family with me to take them by the hand and help them "find their way home!" too!
